Indian operatives, enjoying Canadian diplomatic immunity, target the peaceful and loyal Sikh-Canadians & their ethnic media with dezinformatsiya a la the 1980s

Canadian govt. ought to do what it did in July 87 – declare Indias’ RAW Intelligence diplomatic set up in Canada persona non grata and throw them out of the country

Washington, D.C., Wednesday, July 04, 2007 -

The continuing angry reaction of the worlds’ 25 million Sikhs to the on-going state-sponsored shenanigans, which started in mid-May, of ridiculing and subverting the Sikh religion, by Sirsa-based-Baba, ‘His Holiness Huzoor Sant Gurmeet Ram Raheem Singh Ji Maharaj’, (a state-sponsored and state-protected rapist/ murderer and self-appointed godman) has surprised the Indian government as its Brahmin-dominated Think Tanks had assumed that the Sikhs had been tamed, had lost their ‘Chardhi Kala’ and had forgotten their daily prayer of ‘Raj Karaiga Khalsa’ for a democratic buffer state of Khalistan which is destined to separate the two nuclear armed unfriendly countries of India and Pakistan on the South Asian subcontinent.

The rulers in New Delhi after getting over their initial shock of seeing the angry Sikh reaction to the Sirsa Baba episode have again, a la the 1980s’, activated their ‘dirty trick’ intelligence operatives, some of whom masquerade as diplomats, in the diplomatic missions of the worlds’ largest demoNcracy – India - located in Canada. These Indian ‘moles’ are trying to intimidate the peaceful and prosperous Canadian Sikh community (numbering nearly seven hundred fifty thousand hardy souls) the largest politically alert Sikh community in the 3 million strong prosperous Sikh diaspora) starting with its’ ethnic media. The Indian decision-makers are influenced by disinformation broadcast by Indian intelligence agencies, through planted articles like the one published on 25 June, 2007, in the widely read English language Indian news magazine OUTLOOK. That lengthy article, headlined “Terror on the Wings” is supposed to have been written by Ajai Sahni, Editor of the South Asia Intelligence Review and Executive Director of the Institute for Conflict Management which Raw-financed (> http://www.outlookindia.com/full.asp?fodname=20070625&fname=ajaisahni&sid=1&pn=1  <) New Delhi-based Institute is presided over by none other then that infamous mercenary ‘rent-a-Sikh’ K. P. S. Gill, who is guilty of arbitrarily murdering thousands of Sikh youth in the 90s when he was the Director General of Punjab Police. Incidentally this New Delhi-based Institute for Conflict Management lists a world record 177 (yes 177) different armed insurgencies active in the world’s so-called largest ‘democracy’ – India. Some democracy!

Some readers might remember that in the horrible decade of the 1980s the Indian government conducted a lengthy covert intelligence operation, in Canada, which was exposed by two Canadian journalists, (Globe & Mail reporter Zuhair Kashmeri and Toronto Star reporter Brain McAndrew) in their excellent book ‘SOFT TARGET’ (ISBN 1-55028-221-2, published by James Lotrimer & Co., Toronto 1989) which highlighted how the Indian Intelligence Service (RAW - The Research and Analysis Wing) penetrated Canada. This operation, according to the two Canadian journalists, “involved the deception both of Canadian security forces and of the Canadian government, and led to one of the most horrific acts of modern terrorism – the killing of 329 people in the Air India bombing of 1985.” Canadian Journalists Zuhair Kashmeri and Brian McAndrew correctly concluded that the Sikhs were the victim of manipulation and disinformation carried out by the Indian government. With the aim of discrediting the Sikhs and undermining the campaign for an independent buffer state of Khalistan, (which would separate warring Pakistan and India and act as a bridge of peace and commerce between South and Central Asia)  Indian agents, “infiltrated the large Sikh community in Canada even fomenting hostility towards India and even provoking violent incidents.”

The two Canadian Journalists, Zuhair Kashmeri and Brian McAndrew, accused India in that excellent book of, “playing a devious game with the Canadian government. In the mid 1980s, exploiting the Canadian desire to maintain good relations with India, Indian diplomats and agents directed a steady stream of phony tips on the Sikhs to the Canadian government. These tips were accepted at face value by External Affairs and the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police). Some CSIS (Canadian Security Security Intelligence Service) agents eventually caught on to what India was doing but their political masters would not listen.” The book SOFT TARGET is an extraordinary piece of investigative journalism which drew information from Canadian Sikhs, Indian diplomats and agents of Canadian Security Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and educated the reader about the modus operandi of Indian intelligence in the 1980s.

In another book “Open Secrets – Indias’ intelligence unveiled’ (ISBN 81 – 7049-216-5 published by Manas Publications, New Delhi India) the author, Maloy Krishna Dhar, a former Joint director of the Indian Intelligence Bureau who was posted as an ‘agent provocateur’ in Indias’ High Commission in Canada, in the1980s, with the task of targeting the Sikh Canadians, reveals that the Canadian government, once it got wise, took drastic action to put an end to Indian subversive activity in Canada. On page 306 he reveals that in July 1987, “he was not prepared for the biggest surprise when the Canadian government declared the entire R&AW (‘The Research and Analysis Wing’ - Indian intelligence) set up in Canada ‘persona non grata’ and requested their immediate withdrawal.” Twenty years later, in 2007, the Indian government has forgotten the 1987 expulsions, and having not ‘changed its stripes’, has its’ agents provocateurs again crawling around in every Indian diplomatic mission in Canada trying to target and intimidate the Canadian Sikhs and their ethnic media. As recently as 07 June 2007, three weeks ago, the Washington based Khalistan Affairs Center, in a press Release, headlined, “Subversive anti-Sikh activities of Indian Diplomatic missions condemned” exposed and ridiculed operatives stationed in Indias’ Consulate General, in Vancouver BC, and their hirelings like reporter Umendra Singh & Co., when the Indians got caught trying to make mischief, against the Canadian Sikh print media, with a planted story on the website of VANCOUVER 24 HOURS. See Khalistan Affairs Centers’ Press Release, dated  07 June 2007, headlined, Divide and rule, subversive anti-Sikh activities of Indian diplomatic missions in Canada condemned” by clicking  at the following link: > http://khalistan-affairs.org/home/pressreleasejune7,2007.aspx  <

In a strange coincidence the Vancouver-based FRAZER INSTITUTE, (which claims that it is an independent research and educational organization “with a mission to measure, study, and communicate the impact of competitive markets and government intervention on the welfare of individuals,”) circulated a Toronto-datelined News Release on 29th June, 2007, headlined, “Canadian politicians look the other way while Sikh extremism undergoes resurgence.” The News Release reported (> http://www.fraserinstitute.ca/shared/readmore.asp?sNav=nr&id=823  <) a speech delivered by a constipated Sikh-hating Vancouver Sun reporter, one Ms. Kim Bolan, at a conference on immigration and terrorism in Toronto last Friday. The lady concluded her childish tirade by making a suggestion that a, ‘change in the nomination rules around who can vote,’ will reduce the influence of those Canadian Sikhs who happen to be a majority that wants a democratic buffer state of Khalistan in their homeland of Punjab located, between India and Pakistan, on the subcontinent. Ms. Kim Bolans’ fascist thinking about Khalistan is warped and she has much to learn about right of self-determination in the subcontinent. She does not know that every Sikh, every day, in every Gurdwara (Sikh Church) all over the world, including the Gurdwara located in the heart of New Delhi cantonment, near the Indian Army Chiefs house, makes the following prayer, ‘Raj Karayga Khalsa’ – translation ‘Sikhs will rule’. The buffer state of Khalistan is the Sikhs’ destiny. Aspiring, praying and working for a democratic Khalistan, in the Sikh Homeland of Indian occupied Punjab, is every Sikhs’ birthright and no power on earth, least of all a demoNcracy like caste-ridden, fascist, oligarchic  India  can stop that.

As if synchronized with the above mentioned anti-Sikh Toronto seminar, organized by the Vancouver-based FRAZER INSTITUTE, Canada's ‘national’ public broadcaster and one of its largest cultural institutions, CBC/Radio News (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, set out in 1991, is accountable to ALL Canadians through the Minister of Canadian Heritage: > http://www.cbc.ca/ombudsman/    <) released, on 28 June, 2007, an anti-Sikh video presentation, by Terry Milewski, headlined ‘Sikh Politics in Canada - Sikh extremism enters mainstream Canadian politics.’ This highly exaggerated, extremely prejudiced, Sikh-hostile CBC report (> http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/sikh-politics-canada/ <) revolves around a colorful annual event, the Sikh Baisakhi parade, which was held long time ago, in mid-April 2007,  seems to have the dirty fingerprints of Indian intelligence all over it. The CBC video report highlights anti-Sikh commentaries by unreliable liars like Ujal Dosanjh (a former communist), and Indian intelligence informers like Tarek Fateh and others of that ilk like Dave Hare. After seeing the unconvincing performance on the CBC of these third rate ‘commentators’ one is reminded of the old adage which reads, “People always overdo the matter when they attempt deception.” India and its morally repugnant intelligence agents are obviously back in Canada planning some BIG deception against the law-abiding Sikh community!

It is hoped that the Canadian government will see through the hate-filled shallow drivel of people like Kim Bolan, Ujal Dosanjh, Dave Hare and Tarek Fateh and curtail the orchestrated subversive activity of Indian operatives (housed in Indian diplomatic missions in Canada) who are again trying - like they did in the 1980s - to intimidate the law-abiding Canadian Sikh community through dezinformatsiya. One might respectfully suggest that Ottawa ought to do, what was done in July 1987. The then Canadian government, put an end to Indian subversive activity (which was targeting the peaceful Canadian Sikh community) by declaring ‘persona non grata’ the entire R&AW (Indian intelligence - ‘The Research and Analysis Wing’) set up in Canada and throwing them all out of the country.
